SATURDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2019 TEAMS TRIALS DAY

The selection trials for u12 to u18 Dominoes teams is on this Saturday the 17th of November 2018, Clarence Stadium - downstairs (stadium adjacent to the Clarence Pool).

The times for each age group are as follows;

9am - u12 Girls 10am - u12 Boys 11am - u14 girls 12pm - u14 boys 1pm - u16 girls 2pm - u16 boys 3pm - u18 girls and boys

Please find attached a player 'expression of interest' google form, this can be complete online, it is helpful for the committee if this form has been completed prior to attending the trials, or even if you can not attend but wish to play in 2019. Under 10 players please can you also complete this form, however there are no trials at this stage for under 10's.

Note: the date of birth section is a drop box, please change the year first (as it defaults to 2018).

Also attached is an application form for coaches for the 2019 season, any potential coaches are requested to attend the trials at the listed times (as above). Your assistance on the day would be greatly appreciated.
