Players Expression of Interest for 2019

Please find here a player 'expression of interest' google form. This can be complete online. It is helpful for the committee if this form has been completed prior to attending the trials, or even if you can not attend but wish to play in 2019. Under 10 players can you please also complete this form, however there are no trials at this stage for under 10's.
